Sweet Rice with Mango(Fruit Dessert)

1) Prepare the coconut Milk Sauce
Shake the can of Taste Nirvana Coconut Milk and open the can with a can opener.
(Please be careful and don’t cut yourself.)
Measure the coconut milk about ½ a can.
Put the coconut milk into the pan. And bring the pan to a medium heat.
Add the sugar (2 Tbs) and the salt (1/4 Tbs).
Heat up the pan and mix all ingredients together.
Once it is all mixed. Turn off the stove and let the sauce cool.
2) Make some sweet rice
Put the rice in a microwave-safe container. (Make sure you rinse the rice before hand.) Add some water in the container to cover the sweet rice about 1/8 inch( or 3 mm). Place the lid on top of the container. (DO NOT close the lid.)
Put the rice in the microwave on high power for 5 minutes.
In the mean time, peel a mango and slice it into a few pieces.
Take out the rice from the microwave. Mix and stir the rice.
Afterwards, put it back into the microwave for 3 more minutes on the same power level.
After 3 minutes, the rice should be cooked. Take it out of the microwave and mix half of the Coconut Milk sauce with the rice.
Place the lid on again and put it back in the microwave for 1 minute.
After 1 minute of cooking, the rice should be ready. Take it out from the microwave and serve it on a plate.
Put the sliced mangoes on the rice.
And drizzle the sauce over the dish. You can add more sauce for a sweeter taste.
