Thai dessert recipe: Coconut Milk Mochi

Bowl 1
Taste Nirvana coconut milk (1 can)
Milk (1/2 cup)
Melted butter (50 grams)
Eggs (2)
Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)

Bowl 2
Mochi flour (2 cups)
Sugar (1 cup)
Baking powder (1 teaspoon)



Cooking time ( baking time ) is 60 minutes, but mixing ingredients is only a few minutes.


Preheat oven to 375F degrees

Start Cooking:

1)    Mix (bowl 2) ingredients in a big bowl
2)    Mix (bowl 1) ingredients in another bowl
3)    Mix 1) and 2) well
4)    Pour both into a baking dish with non stick spray
5)    Bake in a preheated oven at 375 F  for 1 hour
